On August 16th, 2024,
and I hosted our Substack x Publishing Virtual Summit to coincide with the launch of our How to Build a World Class Substack Kickstarter campaign.This is the second virtual summit I’ve done this year and third overall conference. Here’s where you can find information on our previous efforts.

We were joined by Substack bestsellers Beth Kempton, Lindsay Johnson, Laura Pashby, Evelyn Skye, Simon K. Jones, Meg Oolders, Clover Stroud, Dr. Lily Dunn, Caro Giles, and more special guests. We hosted sessions covering memoir writing, fiction, non-fiction, self-publishing, illustration, and more.
In our previous conference, we had 22 speakers and 20 workshops, so this was considerably less, but it was also one day instead of three days.
