You can post more than you think, if you remember this one thing

I post a lot on Facebook, as you might know. Recently, a friend of mine was bemoaning people who post a lot, saying he was going to snooze or unfollow them. I replied with something like "I snooze people all the time, which I know is ironic since there's a better than average chance that I'm one of the people you're complaining about."

To which he and somebody else both replied...

"Nah. You're cool because your posts give something back. You can post as much as you want."

It was so nice to hear, because I know I'm annoying, y'all. My wife sometimes counts her Facebook feed and is like "15 posts in a row were all from you". So, I hade to learn early that if I wanted to post a lot, I had to make sure people liked it. It was a matter of online survival. 

However, it's also telling because there has never been a thought in my brain I don't post on Facebook, and yet...people, some people at least don't mind. Because the things I say, often, bring value to their lives. I really try to bring val…
