Why you shouldn't care when somebody unsubs from your mailing list

I want to show you why I don't care about somebody unsubscribing or even yelling at me when I send an email. These are two emails I received 30 minutes apart from two different humans. The text of the email was EXACTLY the same, and yet the responses are night and day.
