I have pretty severe anxiety. Most days I have it under some sort of control, but only because I plan so far ahead that it is stupid to plan as far ahead as I do.
For instance, I had 21 books before I started releasing novels in earnest.
21 books is too many books. Except that for some reason, having that many made me feel less anxious.
I had over 300 blog posts saved up before I started my daily blog. I don't even know how long this post was waiting in queue before you read it, but likely, it was waiting for months before I released it.

The reason I finished every book before I launched a Kickstarter was because I physically could not deal with the anxiety of having that kind of money looming over my head.
