We ran an experiment starting a new publication on Substack and using a new book as a lead magnet. Here are all the details about how it went, and how I felt about it.

Hi,

It may not shock you to know that my main mode of growth is through collaborations. Not every collaboration works out, but the ones that do have always given me outmoded growth beyond anything else I’ve tried, and in a 20 year career, I’ve tried a lot of things.

Generally, how it works is that I’ll join somebody’s orbit, see how they conduct business, and it will spark an idea in me if they resonate with me. So, when I joined

’s Substack Mastermind, and got to know them more, it should come as no surprise that I had an idea for a collaboration.

What still always suprises me is that people say yes to me. From this little seed, our anthology/publication

was born.
