Genuine question: what T&Cs are your readers agreeing to when they subscribe to your Substack? Shouldn’t I be concerned with their explicit agreement to receive emails sent to my Kit list?

I’m not a lawyer. I’m not going to answer that. Substack is an email service provider. You can change email service providers as many times as you want.
