GDPR COMPLIANCE

Starting in May of 2018, the EU is able to enforce new compliance regulations on companies who store data for their customers. This includes but is not limited to emails, names, and IP addresses collected during the KingSumo giveaway process.

I am not a lawyer, and you should DEFINITELY find one if you are worried about this, but the below resources will tell you about GDPR compliance. These are the strictest rules in the world when it comes to managing your data, so if you can comply with these, you are in a great position to stay compliant across the world.

Additionally, a note. NEVER sell the lists that you create or give them to anybody who was not a sponsor of the giveaway, and make sure that you tell all participants they can NEVER sell the list to anybody or give the list to anybody.
