I'm going to try to explain in a couple of steps, how I get so much done in a day. It's a process I call stacking. It involves focusing on one skill until you can do it proficiently before you develop another skill.

In order to understand how it works, you need to think of your brain like a computer that only has so much RAM, except, unlike other computers, you can never upgrade the RAM or upgrade to a new model.

Everybody's RAM is different, but we are all just flesh computers. And what happens when a computer has too many programs open at once?

It crashes.

Our brains are no different. Unlike computers, though, our brains can become more efficient at tasks over time. Do you have the metaphor in your head?

Okay good.

Then, I want you to think of every task you begin as taking a part of your RAM. When you first practice a new skill, it takes a LOT of your RAM. It alone can almost crash your system by itself, so you need to spend a lot of time working on that task to get more efficient at it.…
